Dr Wendy was absolutely great. She made me realise it’s not all or nothing and that small changes can accumulate to big improvements. I’m going to work on the sleep aspect of the course and avoid “social jet lag”. Dr Wendy knows her stuff but without lecturing. I’d love to attend more of the workshops!
Great style, not lecturing but giving suggestions and tips on how you can make small and large changes. I loved the attitude that even small steps are worth doing – I often feel overwhelmed with the changes I feel I should make.
Well delivered good pace and friendly approach. Positivity was infectious and came away feeling hopeful so definitely makes me want to try some of the advice and tips.
Enjoyed the mixture of science to explain the advice and practical tips that are applicable to everyday life. It felt not preachy or negative about lifestyles that are less than ideal but hopeful that small changes are doable.
