I have worked as an NHS GP for 11 years and have seen the effects stress has on people day in and day out.  I regularly sign people off work with stress, or see the results that long term chronic stress can cause.  Conditions like high blood pressure, heart disease, anxiety, depression, fertility issues, digestion problems, strokes, some cancers, dementia, and type 2 diabetes, all have stress as a contributing symptom.  I’ve helped hundreds of patients over the years develop ways to reduce their stress, build their resiliency and get their lives back.

I’m Dr Wendy Killin, a NHS GP, Lifestyle Medicine Doctor and busy mum to 3 boys. 

Looking after patients over the years my experience has taught me how important lifestyle is in preventing and treating illness. 

By studying and completing my Diploma in Lifestyle Medicine through the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine & American Society of Lifestyle Medicine I have used evidence and scientifically proven approaches to benefit patients’ health with some fantastic results.

I’m so busy, how will I get through this program in 12 weeks?

Don’t worry! There is no time limit.  12 weeks is the ideal course length, but you can take as long as you want.  You will have lifetime access to all program materials.

I’m on medication, will anything you suggest affect my current treatment?

In short, no.  If you are taking medication for a medical condition, Lifestyle Medicine will perfectly complement anything you are already doing to improve your health.  In fact, a lot of my patients and clients find that they can reduce their medication or stop it completely with lifestyle changes.  Obviously any medication changes should be discussed with your doctor.

I’m already pretty fit and active, how will this program help me?

This was me prior to studying Lifestyle Medicine and implementing many of the new tools I learned.  I think there are always ways to improve your health, whether its changing your current exercise regime, altering your diet, or improving your sleep for example. Our tailored Lifestyle Prescription will help identify any improvements you can make to feel great and increase your longevity.

If I start the program and it isn’t for me, will I get a refund?

I hope that you enjoy the program, and improve your health and wellbeing, as many previous clients have.  If you are not entirely satisfied however, we have a 30 day money back guarantee.

Is there a payment plan option?

Yes there is.  If you wish you can spread the cost over 2 payments, or pay in full at the time of joining.

How does the program work?

After an initial one to one consultation, the program is split in to 12 weeks covering different topical of Lifestyle Medicine. Each week you will have video tutorials, worksheets to download and complete, and homework tasks to help you implement your learning in to your life.  In addition, you will have fortnightly one to one consultations at a mutually agreed time over Zoom or MS Teams to assess your progress and have any questions answered.

How much time do I need to give to this program?

You can go at entirely your own pace. Ideally you would spend about 30 – 60 mins on the program materials per week and then as long as you want practising what you will have learned that week.  Everything I teach is designed to fit in to your already busy life.

I’m nervous about making this investment, is that normal?

Of course! I was exactly the same when I joined a coaching program.  By taking a bet on myself, I have never felt more passionate or empowered to help you take control of your health.  Investing in your health is the best investment you can make, after all, if you are have a healthy fulfilled life, anything is possible.

How long will it take to get results?
